Hello,

I made an order around 7/16 and received the following tracking number: LY468336264CN

The tracking has not been updated since 7/27 and I have not received my order yet. Will this order be shipped or do I need to contact the seller for a refund?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_eub.php?code=LY468336264CN shows the parcel was shipped on Jul 26. It is waiting for flight space from china to JFK. waiting time can take 7 to 20 days. There will be no update during waiting time.
Everything looks normal, no need worry.
