Hello I ordered a package January 28th I recieved and tracking number RH031136391CN and have been tracking it since.. My tracking information stoped updating on the 7th and hasent updated since. Could someone please help me and tell me what I should do?

RH031136391CN should be delayed in shanghai. wait 2 more weeks, if not arrive, open dispute.
