Post No Package Received from China

I ordered a package from China on January 14th, 2015 and was told it shipped out January 27th but I still have yet to receive my package. Below is the only tracking information I have. When I contacted the seller she stated that tracking hasn't updated because of the Chinese New Year Holiday which is from Feb. 18th - Feb. 24th and she stated it should be in the US now. Is there anyway to verify this. Tracking info is LN705074525CN

LN705074525CN is delayed in customs. you might wait another one or two weeks to get the goods.

Hi I ordered a package on the Jan 13 on aliexpress. On the tracking, the last update was on the Jan 23 and shows this message:

RF005606551CN 2015 Sent to airline Shanghai Canada 20150123 1642

Do you know when it will arrive in Canada?

it should arrive canada by end of Feb
