I have 2 tracking numbers (LN741057043CN and LN738749146CN) that have not changed statuses in 4 week. They are stuck in posting status. Should I open a dispute or is this normal???

I'm from bangladesh. This is my contact number +8801812546413.
Can you tell me where is my parcel.? Still your
wabsite didn't give any update news. You are all
time says "that RK189268354CN should be
delayed in shanghai.
you might need wait 2 more weeks". But now tell
me where is that parcel belong. All ready goes to
60days. 04/02/15 to 29/03/15.
But still your wabsite didn't give any new news
about that parcel. Now tell how can we are
business with your company.!! I have no any idea.
My tracking number is RK189268354CN.
