Hey everyone, looking for some help in locating my parcel. Tracking says its been in Wuhan for 2 months, the seller has told me he contacted China Post with them saying its in New York, but clearly it isnt. Help please!

EV761609695CN is EMS which should arrive in 2 weeks. your parcel has more than 90% chance to be lost.

You need open dispute to seller for lost parcel refund.

Is it possible because it shipped right before Christmas time that it could still be delayed from catching up?
