I sent a package to Beijing 20 days ago and the package had already been in Beijing a week ago but still failed to be delivered to the receiver. I noticed from Track-ChinaPost.com that ChinaPost tried to deliver it a few times a day from Jan 23 but never reached the receiver's hand.

I am sure that there is always someone at the receiver's home to receive the package. I was wondering how ChinaPost delivers the package: knocking the door, or leaving it to the mailbox, or something else?

Since the receiver needs this package urgently now, could you please help me on this? Is there any way for the receiver to pick up the package by him/herself? Where and how to pick it up then?
