Hi,

Two packages were mailed to US about more than three months ago and I've only received one of them a month ago!
The tracking number of the missing package is CP275033475CN, and its status is still POSTED.
What should I do!!!

Odds are they were in customs and they have either been burned stolen or are waiting underneath tons of packages never to be found again

Surface parcel might take 2-6 months. Nothing to do but wait unfortunately.
