I ordered a tractor for $59! Tracking number

The money was taken out of my acct however, the only thing that showed up with this tracking number is a figet spinner that i surely didnt order!! I either need my money back or this tractor sent to my house! This is a screen shot of my email stating what was being sent!
The second photo is what showed up!! You can see the tracking number is the same as the one suppose to be on the tractor! And the 3rd picture shows the tracking number that is on the tractor is also that that was on this spinner that i didnt order! I need someone to get back with me ASAP!

You are suffering a typical online shopping scam.

If you purchased from big website such as ebay,paypal,aliexpress, amazon, you can open dispute for item-not-as-described reason and claim refund.
