Dear Sir or Madame,

Between January 15-22, 2015 I sent a small package to the United States from Beijing (Haidian Branch near 北京语言大学). On the 22nd I went on vacation to Vietnam where someone stole my wallet, in it was the tracking receipt. I had checked it a few times after mailing it and the last thing I remember was that it getting ready to leave China to USA.

I have used China Post to mail things to the same address in the United States. (Sophie Xue, Connecticut College, 270 Mohegan Avenue #5072, New London, CT. 06320-4196). Today I get an email from my friend telling me she still didn't received it. Since I didn't get an email in 2 months I thought she had already got it.

I went to the post office to ask for information or if they could help me find out what happened to the package. They told me it was impossible to help me. Is this true? Can't you help me find it using my name? (Leon Cortes or Leon Cortes Lopez, my phone number is 131 41 29 0665). Thank you so much in advance.

You took both the senders and receivers address. Can't you search for it in your system using the information I've provided? Who can help me? I used La Poste Chinoise 中国邮政 tracking system. They typed our addresses and names in their computer.
