I sent a package to China , via USPS. back in August of 2018, and still no update. I was told it was being held in customs, but I don’t know why! At this point I want to know how I can get it shipped back to me. The tracking info is CH047860648US. Pleases help.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=CH047860648US shows the parcel arrived China on Sep 25. If receiver have not get the parcel, it should be lost.

You need contact USPS and file investigation. If USPS can not find the parcel and you purchased shipping insurance. You can claim insurance compensation.
