2. You do realize that E Packet can take from 6 to 12 working days to be deliver excluding the time spent at the Customs office of both countries.

3. Maybe JFK and Chicago have to many parcels to handle from overseas and that is maybe why your parcels have not been scan yet.

4. To me all your parcels seem to be fine and they are still in the time limit so far.

1. I did not mention Customs, before it goes to Customs, USPS need to scan the parcel. That is the normal procedure, can a parcel go directly to Customs, yes it can because the scan has not been pick up.

2. Either way without no scan we don't know exactly where the parcels are, but i do suspect they are in USA for sure but did not get scan yet.

3. Unfortunately USPS is not consistent with the scanning of parcel. I have seen here parcel tracking from China then the next scan was the town of delivery in USA. E Packet taking from 9 days to the maximum I have seen is 35 days.
