Hi,

I would like to know if this package LO306774293CN passed china customs yet.
I contacted canada post, it has been in transit for 14 days. They said that I would have to set a formal complaint to china post and the seller.

What is going on with this package?
When will it arrive in Canada?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LO306774293CN shows the parcel was shipped From China Post Guangzhou office to Canada on Oct 17.

It is now some middle location between China Post system and Canada Post system(possibly airline warehouse in Guangzhou ,China or customs warehouse in Canada). You can not know exact situation when parcel is in such middle locations.

Such no-information stage might last 7 to 20 days until Canada Post gets the parcel from customs. Then Canada Post website will show its new status with Canada location.
