Hi,

Usually these take approx. 10-13 days and now it's been over 14 days with no movement ... still intransit to Canada? Here is the 17 net details and one thing is different (highlighted) than most of my other e-packets. Is it still stuck in China?

Pretty sure it's still in transit and on its way. I'm told that since April or so things from China to Canada have been slower than usual for some reason.

So... still no update on this epacket from China? No movements since Sept 5th and there are no banned items in the package .... I don't even see if customs maybe has it or for that matter if it landed in Canada? Should I now file a dispute with PAYPAL for non-receipt of goods? The seller keeps telling me to wait a few more days but I told him after 30 days I will open a dispute

It might very well still be enroute, but if the end of your buyer protection is getting close, definitely get the seller to extend it (if possible), otherwise open a dispute.
