LC771216675US
I sent the package to China 3 months ago. USPS said the package left Los Angeles transition center on 7/23/2015. China Post never received the package. USPS blamed China Post for everything. I contacted USPS office where I sent the package for more than 6 times. They kept saying the package left the US on 7/23/2015. USPS did not tell me to buy insurance and tracking services. Can somebody help me? USPS lost my mail.

Unfortunately, at this point I'm not sure there's anything more to be done, other than escalating the complaint as far as you can with the USPS. If your local postmaster can't give you any help, you can contact the USPS Consumer Advocate:
