I'm extreeeeeeemely upset right now. I have been waiting for items to be sent to me, and they said that it would be here before April 10th. This works perfectly because I needed the items before the 17th. They said "absolutely, no problem, this won't be an issue". So I went with them.

I asked last week how things were going, and the company said that they sent the packages already, and that the items would be here at the END of April.
I am SO angry right now. Absolutely fuming ... this is the message that I got for an explanation:
"For DHL we asked them need how many days to get peaceful again,they said need at least 10-15days around,so our colleague had to change to ship via China Post for you ,I'm so sorry. They said about 25-30days you will receive them,is it ok for you?maybe its long for you,but there indeed no other shiping method by now,hope for your comprehension.
Best regards"

This is So so so upsetting. He told me this AFTER they sent it.

Is there any way to pay for express shipping after the items have been sent already?? I really need the items I ordered

That is SO upsetting that I was not given the option.

I'm assuming there's nothing I can do??

Is the shipping 25-30 calendar days?
or 25-30 BUSINESS days? (Monday to Friday)

Thank you. I do understand that I need to receive compensation from him. I was just hoping that there was something I could do with China Post to pay for Express Shipping. I understand that the fault lies with the seller.
