Hello, I was just wondering if Faspeed.com is legit...

My seller gave me this website to track my order with and gave me a reference number. On Faspeed it says that my package is in Canada specifically in "Arrival at inward office of exchange" and on China Post mail tracking it says "Guangzhou Transit Station export security scan"...So, I have two questions specifically:

A) Is Faspeed.com a legit tracking service? Most say no, but some say to just wait. I'm getting mixed reviews

B) I've been waiting 3 weeks for this package so far, and although it says it's in Canada on Faspeed, Canada Post has not updated and China post says otherwise...Should I wait longer or just open a dispute?

Thank you so much! (Also it's a cheap $10 dollar item and the seller has 147 orders and a 4.9 rating from around 90 people...It's from Aliexpress; it seems legit, not sure why they would scam, but you can't trust people as well)
