Salve, sto monitorando una spedizione che risulta ormai da più di un mese ferma a Shanghai per il trasporto aereo verso l'Italia. Volevo sapere come posso seguire il proseguimento della spedizione stessa, il tracking è CP069914475IT

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=CP069914475IT shows CP069914475IT was returned by China Post. It is on the way back to Italy. not sure return reason, it seems that the address is wrong.

Yes, I know, but the tracking is stopped from over one month..

returning parcel won't have any update until it arrives Italy. this might take a couple of months.
