Post How long from netherlands to Usa?

Sorry if this isnt the place to post this :(, but im all out of ideas and you guys seem very smart. I ordered something that I thought was coming from china at the time, but now looking at the origin its coming from the Netherlands. I used free shipping also. So im just wondering how long it would take since netherlands is only 6k KM from Michigan and China is 11k. Im just wondering if netherlands shipping will be somewhat of a shorter time period since it is almost half the distance than china,

as china post does not allow item with battery, some chinese sellers use dutch post to ship those items. the parcel will shipped from china to Netherlands first, then transit from Netherlands to USA. total time might take about 4 to 8 weeks. It is slower than direct shipment from china to USA.

The physical distance has no influence on how long it will take, your parcel will arrive at and leave multiple destinations on the way to you.
