Is this by air or by boat?

tracking number starting with "R" is by air.

According to that, the tracking info has not been updated since April 13.
What does

Departure export customs GUANGZHOU

mean?

Could there be a problem?

status and location freezing for 2 to 4 weeks is normal. it takes time to update status. your parcel is on the way.
