That's just it today makes a month with no activity on 4 parcels, and the seller keeps saying Customs took them, but China Post and EMS are saying they never received them! Customs stated that if China Post and EMS received them, it would have stated accepted, but I never received that notice and which means it never was shipped from the seller, because China Customs stated it would've made a trip to Shanghai after being accepted! I've contacted the Better Business Bureau a couple days ago to open a case, I made sure all information from there site was kept for the case! When they are giving you no answers, then open a case and get things rolling! Because they will contact the seller, customs on both ends, as well as all parties who handle the parcels!

If your seller can not give you reasonable solution and response, you should open dispute to paypal/aliexpress and claim refund.

It is very risky to buy from private seller. You should buy from big websites such as aliexpress, ebay, amazon which has good buyer protection system. Otherwise you can not protect yourself from scam and parcel lost.

If you paid with credit card, try to file a charge back against fraud. If you paid with wire transfer or western union, you can do nothing to get back your money.

There are too many cheaters in internet, it is very very difficult to catch those small-amount cheaters because the legal action cost is too high and reward value is too low.

The only way to avoid internet scam is to buy ONLY from big website such as aliexpress/ebay/amazon etc instead of non-reputation websites and private sellers.
