Hey,

I ordered something from Etsy on January 30th, expecting to receive it in time for Valentine's Day. It was supposed to come from Switzerland, but for some reason the tracking number I received is tracing to Fuzhou, China.
I never received it in time for Valentine's Day, and the tracking page has been saying the package is preparing to ship since February 4th.

The tracking number is LK357384527CN. I'm getting a little worried about the lack of updates. Help?

LK357384527CN should be delayed in china by holiday rush. if time is important to you, you should open dispute to ebay.

Thank you for your reply. How long would you estimate it would take for the package to arrive?

Also, I am confused because this package was not ordered from ebay, why would it be using an ebay delivery service?

if you did not order from ebay, you should be cautious, it might be other people's tracking number.

Is there a way to find out if it is my package, or should I approach PayPal about a claim? Should I just wait until I receive the package?

you should open dispute to paypal.
