Hello! Unfortunately my parcel had been lost a long time ago. It was very expensive - 600$ Here is the tracking number if someone can help me... EE926687396CN. Is there anything i can do?????

Unfortunately I don't think there is. It's almost certainly past the deadline to file a chargeback or dispute, and the item was sent so long ago that China Post doesn't even appear to have a record of it any more. If it's possible that the item was returned to the seller, it might be worth contacting them, but I'm afraid that's all I have for you. =/

The seller saying that they claimed for refund, and it is still in process.. How long does it usually takes to get the refund from insurance?? Thank you!

I don't have any experience with it myself, but I am told that it's a lengthy process that could take up to 6 months. =/
