I need help finding the status of my package, it was shipped Dec 9th and I haven’t had an update since then, thanks in advance!

EV761609695CN is a little bit delayed in Wuhan. http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows this parcel was shipped on Dec 10. Normally it should arrive USA in 2 to 4 weeks. I suggest you wait one or two more weeks. If you can not get it by early Jan,2020, then you need open dispute for lost parcel refund.
