Post Frozen order?!?

Hi, I recently bought a hoverboard "Segway, electric hands free scooter," from aliexpress. I bought it from a seller that had multiple positive feedback over 100s. So I bought one from him/her. I ordered it on January 2 and the seller shipped it on the 3rd. I got the tracking number of
11741012677. I done some research and people told me that the tracking number without letters are the China post ordinary small package tracking. So I used the website http://global.cainiao.com/detail.htm?mailNo=11741012677 to track it and it is real it shows its been in the system. I couldn't track it with the site aliexpress gave me because it was all in Chinese. So I asked the seller some questions and they never responded but I knew they were online. It was around January 19 when I got worried and asked for my buyer protection to be extended. No reponse again. Yesterday, the 23,mi got an email saying that my order has been frozen and I checked it for real on my account and it is frozen, but the shipping number is legit so I don't understand what's happening. Can someone help or give me advice? I got the scooter for a very good price and I'm not gonna be able to get one at that price again, so a full refund won't be good for me but I'd like it if it was a scam. Thanks!

your seller does not china post register mail to ship the goods. so you can not verify if he really shipped the goods or not, you can not know the estimate arrival time either.

if your seller does not response you, I suggest you to open dispute to aliexpress and claim refund before protection expires.

I think because this is a large item, it got sent by surface mail instead of air. This means it might take up to several months to receive. You can ask your seller if it went by surface and if it did, then expect a long waiting time. Keep extending your protection before it expires and you should receive it eventually. Good luck.

It left China on the 24th. You maybe want to check with your customs office if it got rejected. But it has been over 30 days so if you paid with paypal you can file a dispute and get your money back.

china post register mail number should start with letter R and ending with CN.
