Post Depart Export Customs????

Hello....

I have a package (backpack) that is stuck in Depart Export Customs since 4/10 then again in 5/2 in Zhengzhou. So what does Depart Export Customs means and why is it still there? I would appreciate someone explaining what it means and when it will ship out. Thank you for you time.

LY103773038CN was delayed in Zhengzhou airport for one month. It was rejected by Airport safety check point on May 2. Not sure what item inside caused the reject.

China Post send the parcel to airport again on may 2. You need wait one or two more weeks to see if it can pass the next safety scan.

nylon backpack should be ok. reject is a machine mistake.

LY103773038CN has no reject info after May 12. it should have passed the safety scan.

LY087079620CN was sent to Shanghai airport on April 22. it is still there waiting for flight space to USA.
