I ordered something from ioffer doest seem like something customs would take but my package hasn't moved in a month and it says something different on a couple tracking sites could someone please help me or has anyone had this happen to them before?

RH150832004CNB here's the tracking number. Thanks again and it's com from China to the US

RH150832004CN is delayed in shanghai customs. wait one more week, if you still does not get the parcel, you need open dispute and claim refund.

It's too late to open a dispute because everyone just kept saying wait it's delayed, so will the shipping update or will it just get delivered. It say sent to airline how exactly is it being sent?
