Post Customs Clearance Time

Tracking my package LK689268993CN that is coming from China it says USUSMIAF as of December third, which I'm told means it's at the Miami, Florida airport. I'm assuming that means it's going through the customs import scan. However, it hasn't been updated since, and I haven't received the package. Is it normal for import customs to take this long?
