hello admin can help me track this package on your system cos it tells me its invalid when i try.

but updates me on the usps website,

parcel went today in china customs, will be delivered next week

can You please explain to me how long it takes from shanghai for my package to get to hangzhou. cos since 14 it says 2016-01-14 13:08:27.0 Shanghai Transit Station import customs cleared (domestic transit )

normally shanghai to hangzhou takes only 2 ot 3 days. if you can not get it by monday, you should call china post hot line 11185

thanks called them and was told it's in hangzhou so hopefully should get it by tomorrow or monday.

Can you please help me with this issues its been weeks now and still nothing..

2016-01-09 13:39:00.0 USA received
2016-01-11 13:10:00.0 arrive USA 纽约 Transit Station
2016-01-11 13:10:00.0 leaving 纽约
2016-01-14 11:05:00.0 Shanghai Transit Station import customs scan
2016-01-14 13:08:27.0 Shanghai Transit Station import customs cleared (domestic transit )

I went to the customs and was told the package is not there yet. Can you please help me locate my package place thank you.

your parcel arrived China Post Hangzhou office on Jan 21. ask receiver call 11185 and pickup the parcel asap.

I went there and was told the package is at the customs office but the tracking shows its been cleared from there. Which I don't understand . Please explain to me thank you
