Hello, I am waiting for a delivery to come, but the tracking ID I was informed says there is
"no shipping record".
I contacted the seller and they say "it is already shipped but it seems that there was a delay for your order due to customs".
Can this be true? Wouldn't it show at least any tracking data even it had trouble at the customs?
I am thinking of cancelling the order as fraud but please inform me about the status of this package.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LO437735743CN shows No shipping record. This means your seller never actually shipped anything yet. you might be scammed.

You can either cancel the order or push seller to ship the goods immediately. Tell him if you can not track real shipment data in next 3 days, you will open dispute to aliexpress/amazon/ebay/paypal against fraud.
