Hi can you please update me on parcel number RG282556478CN it has been in status 'seller marked as shipped but the post office have yet to process it'

1. If you just got this tracking number, you need to wait 2 to 5 days before it's in the China Post systems.

2. If it's more then 5 days, then contact the seller and ask him if he did physically mail the parcel at China Post. Sometimes seller give you a tracking number but the parcel is not in the mail.

3. If you don't get any respond and it's been more then 10 says, then open a dispute to get your money back.
