I shipped a parcel to Kunming. China on 29th, December,2014. The tracking system showed that this parcel has reached Baiyun, Guangzhou on 3rd, January, 2015. And the status of "attempted to delivery-scheduled for another delivery" hasn't hanged since 6th, January, 2015. More than a month has past. I just wander to know how hard do they delivery this parcel?
I went to the USPS office, but they said they can do nothing. They asked me to call the Post office in China which may hold this parcel. I called 11183 on 22th, January, 2015. They said that this parcel was on its way to Kunming. Now it's already 6th February, how hard for they to ship or delivery this pacel?!
I really want to know where this parcel exactly at? What we can do to let they deliver this parcel? If it needed, where can we pick this parcel?
