RI155014130CN should be lost or rejected in shenzhen customs. open dispute asap.

ok i talked to seller and he told me to pick 1 of 2 options.
1. i wait a few days and it will be here in my hands.
2. he will refund me. but if and when i get it i have to pay.
now im told by seller he just checked on track-chinapost.com that its in my country and it will be here in just a few days! and he wont refund me now! WTH! do i just go through with disputing on aliexpress? and show screenshots of tracking info? im new to this online shopping so all help is appreciated. solving the where is this package is the other hassle. i feel hes wasting time the seller for my time to run out and he gets paid. this sucks.

it does not appear to be here in canada. its obviously still in china from what i see.
i said i wanted to buy a few more of these, i bought this as a sample and if it aint coming i aint waiting for nothing. THIS IS FRUSTRATING! so he wants me to buy more of these and tells me they will come sooner than this first one im waiting on? this isnt making sense. the other 1/3rd of the buyers look happy with their responses from this seller but im getting the shaft.

all my other orders from other sellers were good, some took longer and i waited, but this guy refuses to try other tracking sites and it says its in transit... is this why he says its in canada? for almost 3weeks hes told me it will be here any day in my hands. but it aint moved at all! i just bought from another supplier and its already gone to customs export. this sucks.
i originally thought that because of ordering near end of chinese new year it would be slow, but i dont believe it is coming. a second or third opinion is what i need here i guess.

anyway i ranted and explained my situation, i hope thats okay on this forum. i just want the proper facts of what im going through out there so others that come into my situation may also get advice what to do when in these situations.

now seriously does anyone know for 110% sure that this is lost or rejected or is there a way to find out exactly what happened? Also, wouldnt package be returned to shipper if there is a problem? will chinapost registered airmail show status of that if it happens? or is it possible it was returned to shipper without me knowing? or is going to end up that way.

7stores were great to me, this 8th store is a hassle. i thought i wouldnt have to worry about hassles like this for along time down the road if ever-but i was wrong lol.

RI155014130CN has not moved since march 6th. it is april 7th. i have have about 3weeks left of purchase protection plan remaining.

ok. well option 2 was taken away. i get no options and no refund.
seller says i will still be recieving it, it is just a matter of time, and he will not give me a refund now because track-chinapost.com shows it is on its way to me according to him. and he says it is not lost.

so is there a real problem or isn't there? thats all i want to know. im concerned im not going to recieve it by the time my protection plan is up. and seller went from negotiable to nonnegotiable real quick.
