Hello,

I would like to know what happened to this parcels:

RH115954655CN

RB509823263CN

As you can see, no updates for over a month.

These parcels don't even seem to have been sent to the airline.

For info, there is rocks and minerals inside both of them.

I've already buy many rocks and minerals from China, I don't think the 2 parcels were rejected by customs.

No probably not. I think you should wait another week before filing a claim, most of my items from China to Canada take 10-20 days but one or two times it took about 45 days.
