RH090313645TR has nothing to do with China Post. It is Turkey Post parcel number. Turkey Post website shows the parcel is in agent warehouse and ready to ship. Normally this means seller has notify Turkey Post to ship the goods but has not really shipped anything.

Once seller ships the goods, Turkey Post website will show real shipment date.
