Hello, what Shenzhen means, Import customs release, shipment number LO891727985CN. In the package there is a wrist watch.

LO891727985CN was rejected by Shenzhen customs on Mar 19. watches are easily be rejected by safety check machines because it might have battery.

I suggest you open dispute for refund.
