Has anyone got items to Hungary Through yanwen express services below is my status

2014-10-27 00:00 Hungary Arrive at Hungary Airport
2014-10-24 00:00 BeiJing Hand over to Airport, Flight No. LH721
2014-10-23 00:00 BeiJing Departure from Outward Office of Exchange
2014-10-22 00:00 BeiJing Arrive at Post Office Processing Centre
2014-10-22 00:00 BeiJing Arrive at Outward Office of Exchange
2014-10-18 00:00 ShenZhen Arrived at ShenZhen Yanwen Sorting Center
2014-10-18 00:00 ShenZhen Despatched from ShenZhen Yanwen Sorting Center

but no update after 27 october and still goods have not reached my hands.. where to inquire ???

hi,(im not admin i reply to you because i have same problem) im in same situation of you, track stop work after come to airport in my country (20/10), the only think who i know are yanwen are untrackable after exit to china, if you are lucky you can try to research troug your local post or courrier website ,and if like me no one track it,remain only hope and waith and open dispute first timelimit end
