Post Wheres my order?

My order was shipped on March 29 and it still didn't arrived.
I tried to track the order but the status says "NULL" and the location "PVG". What is that?
The tracking number is RC615611637CN and the destination is Portugal.
On April 4 the status was "Departure from outward office of exchange". What's taking so long?
Can someone please help me?
