http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows your parcel was just sent to airline on April 27. normally you should wait about 2 to 4 weeks after sent to airline date. no updated information will be show up before the parcel arrives France.

RC940216512CN still stuck in hangzhou. it seems have something not allowed by customs. you'd better open a dispute and ask refund.
