Hi my parcel was dispatched on 16/04 from china and it didn't arrive yet I am from Uk and is more than 15 days now
When I try to track my parcel it doesn't show me anything in the website, I need help please my tracking number is RC631861386CN thank you

And still showing
RC631861386CN UK Shanghai Transit Station Customs Scan
Is there someone know How to tracked it thanks

the parcel should be delayed or lost. You should open dispute and claim refund.

The seller it doesn't respond shall I open a dispute against the shipped company

If you can open dispute against shipping company , go ahead. but I never heard there is such way to open dispute against shipping company.
