It's saying exported to the uk on 16/03/2017 it was meant to be handed over to parcel force but I contacted them and they told me they haven't recieved it and still shows its in China.

CP number is surface parcel for heavy item.Normally it goes through sea and very slow. you might need wait 2 to 6 months to get the goods.

The carrier says China post air parcel 7 to 15 days and it only weights 10kg

max weight for china post air parcel is 2 kg. 10 kg must go through surface mail.

Well when I use the tracking number it says delivery agent EMS?

It says delivery agent emsevt guangzhou and says despatced to the UK

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the parcel was shipped Mar 16. It is surface parcel, you might need wait about 2 to 6 months to get the parcel.
