Tracking of my package LZ734872712CN show that package has been stucked in China since medio September. When will it arrive?

LZ734872712CN never left china since Sep 15. This is bad news which means the parcel should be lost.

If you paid with paypal/aliexpress, open dispute to seller for refund.
