1. In normal condition your parcel should have arrive in Ireland. But when your parcel was mail it was not normal condition so maybe you could give your parcel another 2 weeks from today.

2. You could also advise your seller that you have not receive your parcel. He might be able to call China Post to find out maybe more info on your parcel. Just make sure you still have buyer's protection for your parcel.

3. Just continue to track your parcel on the Ireland Post for any new movement.
