Hi there, my EMS parcel EV745619172CN, has shipped since 25th July, however I am confused about the track and trace information, from 3rd, 6th and 7th August, it said at location 3, and arrived at destination? ofc I am sure that it didn't arrived under current situation, so what is this information means please? is it possibly means at some kind of exchange airport? Thank you for your help.

location 3 is just the warehouse code of Guangzhou airport. Arrival at Destination is a little bit misleading, actually it means arrived mid transport hub, not UK.

Once parcel arrives UK, http://track-chinapost.com/track_parcelforce.php?code=EV745619172CN will show you arrival info. We believe you need wait at least one more week.
