Hey, my tracking number is LK761010371HK.

The status of it currently is "on route," but I'm wondering, what does departure export customs mean, since the status remained that way since December 13? Thank you!

LK761010371HK is hong kong post parcel. the parcel has not arrived France yet. You can not see new status until the parcel pass France customs. normally this will take about 2 to 4 weeks after it left Hong Kong. you need wait some more days.
