Hello, I´ve ordered this package before two months and tracking info for it´s number "UT338112115CN" says still the same:
Logistics order has been created, nothing more. I´ve read somewhere, that it can be a fake number / cheap shipping that doesn´t really provide a real tracking and if it´s overweight (my package is around 1 kg) it goes with surface transport, which can take up to half of the year. Is that true?

Seller asured me that they have sent it, but are offering refund...

Did seller really shipped my package or just created an order? What do you think, can I somehow ask chinapost?

UT338112115CN has no real shipment record in china post database. your seller is a cheater, he applied this tracking number from china post on Sep 27, but never actually shipped anything.

You need open dispute to paypal/aliexpress against fraud asap.
