your parcel is on the way . now china post are still processing many parcel shipped in January. your parcel should arrive in 3 to 6 weeks.

too many parcels shipped since Nov for Xmas are still lining up in customs warehouse waiting for processing and caused serious delay.

normally parcel shipped in Feb should leave china in 2 weeks.
