Hello,

I have tracked my items and seen that it says unsuccessful felivery. I was not on that adress tomorrow but there were people who can get them. The items should still be in Turkey. How can I get them? İsmail Tugay Güzel +90 555 558 73 15. Ankara/Turkey

Please answer as soon as possible.

the parcel is in the hand of turkey post. you should contact them asap.

Can you give mea contact number or mail etc.in Turkey? Which company makes it? And is the tracking number same?
