Please be so kind and help me tracking my package: RA276555898CN. On the webpage it says that it is still in custom....since almost 3 weeks...:(

Thanks for your reply, however on the tracking site I do not see this message, only Export Customs Scan since 15th March.

the parcel might be lost in customs. you'd better open a non-receipt dispute to paypal asap.
