hi everybody, i live in Spain and I bought a products from banggood on 20 September and they send to me on 26 September using China Post. I have not yet received anything. The last update is on 10 November. What i can do?

RD285284487CN has problem in Urumuqi office. You need to open dispute and claim refund asap.
