Thanks for your help. Before it took 2 weeks to arrive in Bulgaria. Three years was like that. What happened now to China Post? Does anyone know where is the problem? Is there official email of China Post for reclamation?

1. I don't know why you want to reclaim anything to China Post, they have nothing to do with you, they are paid to transport the parcel to you country.

2. If you need to claim something about your parcels, you need to do it through your seller. He is always responsible for the delivery of the good that you bought.

3. Then if the seller wants and if there is insurance on the parcels he will claim it back to China Post.

4. If you want I can provide you with an E-Mail by be sure that they will no answer you. They never answer any E-Mail that they are sent.

Because my taobao agent's service is slow these days. After delays started they don't answer me every day what is happening and don't do much to help me. I try to understand them but I am their customer for 6 years. That's why I am trying to solve things by myself :(
